FODMAP Friendly Greek Salad

Low FODMAP Greek Salad

A delicious Greek style salad makes a perfect accompaniment for any low FODMAP meal.


For the salad

  • 300gms/7oz feta cheese
  • Lettuce
  • 6 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 2 courgettes
  • A small tub of pitted black olives
  • Chopped parsley

For the dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • Salt and pepper


For the salad

  1. Cut the feta into small squares
  2. Slice up the courgettes
  3. Break the lettuce into pieces
  4. Place all the ingredients for the salad into a serving bowl

For the dressing

  1. Place all ingredients into small jar and shake to combine well
  2. Pour over the salad just before serving and toss
